HTML Lists Lesson - 10

At this lesson we will talk about HTML Lists and it's components.

HTML Lists are being used for create a list, there are unordered and ordered list.

An unordered lists contains <ul> and <li> tags.

List starts with <ul> tag and inside that we write <li> tag.

<ul>

  <li>Car</li>

  <li>Bus</li>

  <li>Train</li>

</ul>

The list item <li></li> will be default black circles. We can change that style for what we will talk about our CSS lesson.

An ordered lists contains <ol> and <li> tags.

List starts with <ol> tag and inside that will be <li> tag.

<ol>

  <li>Car</li>

  <li>Bus</li>

  <li>Train</li>

</ol>

<li> items will marked with numbers by default. 

List visual will be next:

1.Car

2.Bus

3.Train

We can change style with CSS.

Also there are Nested lists(lists inside lists).

We can put list inside another list like this.

 <li>Car

    <ul>

      <li>Black Car</li>

      <li>White Car</li>

      <li>Blue Car</li>

   </ul>

 </li>

 <li>Bus</li>

 <li>Train</li>

</ol>
